Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds. Chargebacks Policy

We take chargebacks extremely seriously at Bish School. Chargebacks are considered fraud and theft, and we will pursue legal avenues against companies and individuals that use these methods to obtain refunds without following our refund policy.

We offer a friendly and extremely fair system for people who are not satisfied with our products. Please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. We are here to help and ensure that all our users are satisfied with their purchases.

BISH SCHOOL™ MEMBERSHIP CHARGES, DEFINITIONS AND OUTLINES

Founding Memberships - The Original Bishes - Lifetime Access Offer

The price of the Founding Membership is $1299 [AUD].

Lifetime Offer Clarification:

Our Lifetime Offer refers to the lifetime of the Bish School platform, not the lifetime of the member.
If the platform were to close within the first 24 months of being live, lifetime members would be entitled to a pro-rata refund.
After the initial 24 months, no refunds will be offered if the platform is closed. Members acknowledge and accept that the term "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the platform and relinquish any rights to request a refund or take legal action.

The Basic Bish Subscription

The $1 Test Drive - 14 Day Trial Period:

A $1 Charge will be debited for the first 14 Days of the subscription to allow members to tryout our service, this $1 is non-refundable under any circumstances and by choosing a trial the member acknowledges that this is a non-refundable trial.
Members who enroll in the monthly subscription commit to a recurring payment of the outlines AUD + USD prices on the same date each month. After the 14 Day Trial members will automatically be billed their monthly subscription outlined in the next section. Members acknowledge when signing up they understand this is a subscription where they can choose to end their access after the trial by following the cancellation steps.
Cancellation is the member's responsibility, and they can cancel at anytime by emailing as per the details available in the School Dashboard and highlighted in their reminder emails sent out for the first 90 days, including a trial reminder at day 10. Written cancellation requests will be effective from the date of contact, allowing 48 business hours [AEST] for the cancellation to be processed.

Monthly Subscription - $9.95 [AUD] + $6.95 [USD]:

Members who enroll in the monthly subscription commit to a recurring payment of the outlines AUD + USD prices on the same date each month.
Cancellation is the member's responsibility, and they can cancel at anytime by emailing as per the details available in the School Dashboard and highlighted in their reminder emails sent out for the first 90 days . 1. Eligibility: To be eligible for the Bish Partnership Offer, you must be at least 18 years old. You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to affiliate marketing in Australia.

2. Eligibility: To be eligible for the Bish Partnership Offer, you must have an active membership with Bish School to remain as an active affiliate authentically promoting the brand and offers.

3. Commission structure: Affiliates will receive a commission of as outlined on their dashboard through their unique affiliate link. Bish School reserve all rights to adjust and change affiliate percentage commissions as necessary at anytime without notice. Affiliates are not able to use their own Affiliate Links to sign up to programs and will not be paid commission when used this includes Affiliates and Members using each others links.

3.1 Payouts: Commission payouts will be made available 40 Days after purchase is made by the customer. These terms allow for processing and a cooling off period where chargebacks and refunds may be made. If a customer elects for a refund the commission will not be paid out and if a refund is requested and granted after this time, you may be asked to return the commission, all rights are reserved by Bish School to make the decision and it will be considered case to case with the reason for refund.

4. Promotional materials: Bish School may provide affiliates with a range of promotional materials to use when promoting Bish School products, services or memberships: including social media graphics, email templates, product reviews, and more.
