Welcome to The Content Creators Academy, an online course offered by Two Bishes Collective Pty Ltd, the owner of the trademarked online learning platform, Bish School. By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment and Access: a. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to enroll in The Content Creators Academy. By enrolling, you warrant that you meet these requirements. b. Upon successful payment of the course fee, you will receive access to the course material for a limited period. The course duration will be as specified at the time of purchase. You acknowledge that you will only have access to the course material for the duration of the course and that any extension of access must be agreed upon with Two Bishes Collective Pty Ltd. c. Your access to the course material will be restricted to one person only. You acknowledge and agree that sharing your login details with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access to the course without any refund.

2. Data Collection: a. Two Bishes Collective Pty Ltd collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference. By enrolling in The Content Creators Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the use of your personal data as described in the privacy policy. b. Two Bishes Collective Pty Ltd may collect information about your progress and performance in the course to improve our services. You acknowledge and agree that such data may be used for research and analysis purposes, and that we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.

3. Intellectual Property: a. All materials provided in The Content Creators Academy, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and videos, are the intellectual property of Two Bishes Collective Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright laws. You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights remain the property of Two Bishes Collective Pty Ltd. b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of the course material without prior written permission from Two Bishes Collective Pty Ltd. Any unauthorized use of the course material may result in legal action.

4. Redistribution: a. You may not share, distribute, or resell the course material to any third party. You acknowledge and agree that any sharing or redistribution of the course material is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access to the course without any refund. b. You acknowledge and agree that the course material is intended for your personal use only, and any commercial use or exploitation of the course material is strictly prohibited.

5. Refund Policy: a. We are confident in the quality of The Content Creators Academy and strive for customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of enrollment. b. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request." We will process your request within 10 business days. c. You acknowledge and agree that any refund issued will be for the full course fee paid and will not include any transaction fees or charges incurred by your payment method. You further acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund if you have completed more than 50% of the course material.

6. Abuse Policy: a. Two Bishes Collective Pty Ltd does not tolerate abuse, harassment, or threats against our staff or instructors. You acknowledge and agree that any such behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your access to the course without any refund. b. You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the 

   right to pursue legal action against any individual who engages in abusive behavior, and we consider chargebacks resulting from abusive behavior to be theft.

   7. Disclaimer of Results: a. The Content Creators Academy is designed to provide education and guidance to individuals seeking to improve their skills as content creators. However, we make no guarantee of results, and your success in the course depends on the effort you put into it. b. The testimonials and reviews featured on our website and promotional material represent the experiences of individuals who have applied themselves and completed the program. However, individual results may vary depending on your business, experience, and other factors. c. You acknowledge and agree that Two Bishes Collective Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your participation in The Content Creators Academy or your reliance on any information or advice provided in the course material.

   8. Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Two Bishes Collective Pty Ltd is based. b. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which Two Bishes Collective Pty Ltd is based.

   9. Amendments: a. Two Bishes Collective Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. b. Your continued use of The Content Creators Academy after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.

   10. Payments: a. The total cost of The Content Creators Academy is $1997 (AUD) for the full course, payable in full at the time of enrollment. b. Payment plans are available for individuals who wish to pay in installments. Please note that payment plans are not subscriptions and you are contracting to finish the payment plan. This contract is legally binding. c. Payment plans are charged on a monthly basis on the elected day of signing up, and will continue to be charged until the payment plan is complete. d. Each payment plan incurs additional fees depending on the duration of the plan. The 3-month payment plan requires payments of $680 per month, the 6-month payment plan requires payments of $355 per month, and the 12-month payment plan requires payments of $210.50 per month. e. If a payment is not received on the due date, Two Bishes Collective Pty Ltd reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to The Content Creators Academy until payment is made.
       
       Two Bishes Collective Pty Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals who fail to complete their payment plan in accordance with the terms and conditions. g. If you are having difficulty making payments, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. We are committed to working with you to ensure you have the support you need to complete The Content Creators Academy.
