Terms and Conditions for Bish School's 1:1 Digital and Social Media Audit Service:

1. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the service, we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind after booking. A 24 hour cooling off period is available, and if contacted within this time, we will offer a full refund. However, after the 24 hours, we cannot provide a refund as work commences.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a satisfaction guarantee, and if for any reason a customer is not happy with our service, they can contact our friendly team to remedy a solution for their satisfaction.

3. Customized Service: Our service is tailored to each customer's needs and requirements, and therefore, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.

4. Confidentiality: We assure complete confidentiality and privacy of all data and information shared during the audit process.

5. Legal Action: Reselling of our 1:1 Digital and Social Media Audit service is prohibited, and legal action will be taken against anyone caught doing so.
