Terms & Conditions | Bish Affiliate Partnerships
1. Eligibility: To be eligible for the Bish Partnership Offer, you must be at least 18 years old. You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to affiliate marketing in Australia.
2. Eligibility: To be eligible for the Bish Partnership Offer, you must have an active membership with Bish School to remain as an active affiliate authentically promoting the brand and offers.
3. Commission structure: Affiliates will receive a commission of as outlined on their dashboard through their unique affiliate link. Bish School reserve all rights to adjust and change affiliate percentage commissions as necessary at anytime without notice. Affiliates are not able to use their own Affiliate Links to sign up to programs and will not be paid commission when used this includes Affiliates and Members using each others links.
4. Promotional materials: Bish School may provide affiliates with a range of promotional materials to use when promoting Bish School products, services or memberships: including social media graphics, email templates, product reviews, and more.
5. Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to affiliate marketing in Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law and the Competition and Consumer Act. Affiliates must not engage in any fraudulent or unethical behaviour when promoting any Bish School products, services or memberships.
6. Disclosure: Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with Bish School to their audience in a clear and conspicuous manner. This could include adding a disclaimer to social media posts or including a statement in product reviews.
7. Release of liability: By participating in the Bish Partnership Offer, you agree to release and hold harmless Bish School, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation in the program. This includes but is not limited to any claims or damages related to the promotion or sale of Bish School products, services or memberships., the accuracy or completeness of promotional materials provided by Bish School, or any breach of these terms and conditions.
8. Termination: Bish School may terminate an affiliate's participation in the offer at any time if they breach these terms and conditions or engage in any fraudulent or unethical behaviour. Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program at any time by giving written notice to Bish School.
9. Limitation of liability: Bish School will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from an affiliate's participation in the program, including loss of profits or business interruption.
10. Governing law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
By participating in the Bish Partnership Offer, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time at Bish School's discretion, and affiliates will be notified of any changes in writing.
